1 Cancellation and Repayment
1.1 Flexible – 1 day
The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price within 1 day before arrival.
1.2 Non-refundable
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
2 Children and Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
No cribs are available.
3 Payment Options
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/MasterCard, UnionPay credit card.
4 Credit Card Exceptions
We’re willing to accept bookings without credit card details from:
Same-day early bookers: guests who book between 09:00 and 16:00 and arrive on the same day, when we have at least 1 room available.
Same-day late bookers: guests who book between 16:00 and 00:00 and arrive on the same day, when we have at least 1 room available.
Next-day bookers: guests arriving the day after making a booking, when we have at least 1 room available.
5 Internet and Parking
5.1 Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
5.2 Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
6 Guest Requirements
Guests can book without a verified phone number.
Guests don’t need to provide their address to book.
7 Additional Fees and Charges
7.1 Damage Deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit.
8 House Rules
Smoking is allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are allowed.
Please note that Riverton Manor has a low noise level tolerance. Guests are required to keep noise levels down at all times, especially after 10pm. If this is not adhered to, you may be asked to leave and all payments made will be forfeited.
